About the team
The Cenkos franchise has been involved in Guernsey cricket for a number of years.
Always keen to show innovation, the company bought into the idea of owning a GPL 2011 Franchise as soon as it was presented to them.
The team is captained by Guernsey’s own Mr Cricket, Jeremy Frith. Costing a cool GCB$6.6m, Jeremy is the most expensive captain in GPL history!
He does come with a bucket full of runs, a sack full of wickets, and a head full of knowledge. Just check the honours board at the ICG where you’ll see his name again and again! How will he cope in the T20 format….you wouldn’t bet against a Cenkos investment would you?
Cenkos have managed to get the abilities of a regular county player, and former England International, bowling England to victory in India. A man who can do more than a bit of everything, he will be looking to lead by example and bring home the inaugural GPL T2o title to Cenkos.
