I would like to take this opportunity to bring to the wider public’s attention the continuing problem that is blighting the west coast of Guernsey and that is the littering of Grandes Rocques car park. Whoever is driving up there late at night and leaving that unholy mess should be brought to justice and the sooner the Guernsey Police do something about it, the better. These people are animals.
